After 18 years at McKinsey — ultimately leading global telecom operations — I stepped into entrepreneurship with a clear purpose: to bring spirit‑led leadership, forensic accuracy, and operational stewardship to an industry that desperately needs all three.

Across my career, I’ve delivered more than 150 site moves with 100% on‑time execution, guided multimillion‑dollar network transformations, and safeguarded financial integrity across global systems. My work has always been about necessary change — the kind that restores order, clarity, and trust.
